SOX Compliance - Industry Lessons Learned

Course Overview

As businesses move through Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, we need to understand how other companies have complied with these regulations. As a result, we are holding a dinner meeting to discuss the lessons learned over the past two years.

We have two speakers who will discuss their companies' experiences and what they learned from their compliance efforts.

The topics will include:

  • Lessons learned from SOX BPO Testing in 2005
  • Using a risk-based approach for scoping SOX application audits
  • Oracle Financials/shared services model for centralized testing of applications/infrastructure
  • IT Governance re-alignment
